5. Consumer Ombudsman
In the event of a dispute between the business and the consumer, both parties will endeavor to reach an amicable resolution. If an amicable agreement cannot be reached, the consumer may, free of charge, refer the matter to the consumer ombudsman with jurisdiction over the business—namely, AVENIR CONSO—within one year of the written complaint being sent to the business.
