The morning continued with a presentation by Christophe Haag, a renowned specialist in emotional intelligence. Through an approach that was both accessible and concrete, he invited everyone to take a different look at the role of emotions in our personal and professional relationships and in group dynamics.

The teams then headed to the Hôtel La Roche in Beaufort for their stay. Lunch, shared at the hotel restaurant, provided an opportunity to continue the discussions in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

After the meal, Christophe Haag took the time to sign copies of his latest book, offering each guest a special, personal moment that built on the morning's discussions.

The afternoon continued with a visit to the Beaufort cooperative, located a short walk from the hotel. The tour of the cheese dairy and maturing cellars offered an authentic immersion into the heart of local expertise. It was a meaningful moment, echoing the values of transmission, high standards, and patience, qualities that also resonate in the real estate and construction industries and in building lasting relationships.

A unifying evening in the mountains

The evening took place at La Terrasse d'Isa, in a warm and festive atmosphere: a welcome with accordion music, hot chestnuts, mulled wine, sledding, and stargazing, before gathering around a Savoyard raclette.

Music and conviviality naturally took over, creating a space conducive to strengthening bonds. These shared moments, outside the usual setting, play a key role in building a solid and authentic collective dynamic.

The seminar concluded the next day with lunch at the Le Panoramique mountain restaurant. Facing the mountains and enjoying Savoyard specialties, the teams shared one last moment together.
