Originally from Lyon, Constance Vernay Truc holds a Master's degree from KEDGE Business School. After completing her studies, she moved to Paris, where she spent seven years working in commercial real estate, specializing in real estate investment.
She began her career at Alex Bolton, where she spent five years analyzing investments across all asset types. She then joined Nexity, where she spent two years specializing in the bulk sale of residential real estate to institutional investors.
Returning to Lyon in July 2025, Constance settled in Saint-Didier-au-Mont-d'Or and joined BARNES Lyon as a consultant for the Mont d'Or area, where she now puts her expertise, analytical skills, and people skills to work for her clients' real estate projects.
