What is the Leave to Sell?

This notice is given when the owner-lessor decides to terminate the lease contract in the context of putting the property up for sale.

If it is the initial lessor who delivers the notice, the tenants can be "fired" at the end of the initial 3-year lease by respecting a six-month notice.

If it is following an acquisition, this one can be delivered only at the end of the first renewal of the lease in progress while respecting a six months notice.
