Jean-Rémi, Chef and then event caterer for more than ten years, regularly intervenes in the Beaujolais. Jean-Rémi’s culinary experimentation laboratory, formerly a professional kitchen, is the nerve centre of his activity. Vibrant to the rhythm of a horde of cooks for each event, this space is at all times the illustration of his passion.
